are you just like someone?

Is there really such thing as a “one of a kind person”? Today there is around 360 million people living in the United States , and last year there was an estimation of around 6,602,224,175 living in the world. That is crazy! Our world is filled with so many people. Do you really think that there is one individual? I think that the reason why so many people want to be like someone is because there is so many people living today. There is no such thing as coming up with a new fashion, so everyone just dresses alike. You go to a high school filled with teenage girls and boys. What is the first thing you see? You see that the majority of the girls are wearing the same or somewhat the same clothes, and you see the majority of the boys are wearing the same clothes or shoes. We all look different but we all dress and act the same. Why is this? There are so many people wanting to be like some person, either famous, or someone popular at their school. They want to dress like them act like them, they wan to basically be them. I do not really think that this is a good problem. If everyone is trying to be someone else then there will never be any unique people. I personally think that everyone in this world is different, we are not meant to be JUST LIKE SOMEONE. Of course there are going to people who are a lot alike. They like the same stuff, play the same things, kind of dress alike. But we can not all be exactly alike. There is always going to be something that is different. Do you get me? We are all who we are for a reason; we should not be seeking out the same pleasure or the same things. Yet so many people believe that they have to be a certain way just to fit in, just to be considered cool. So many girls today believe that the only way they can be considered cool is id they dress and act like Paris Hilton, or some other celebrity. In not going to say that it is as bad as it was when I was younger but its still up there. When I was younger I would always see other girls, as in 5th and 6th graders(because that’s how high my elementary school when up to) trying to act like the Spice Girls, always putting their hair in high buns with ribbons, or high platforms shoes, and glittery make-up and shirts. I always thought it was cool since EVERYONE ELSE WAS DRESSING LIKE TJHAT. But now that I think of it, I think it is kind of foolish. Everyone thinking they have to dress and act like someone or a group of people is unbelievable.
